Curiousity Killed the Cat

Hey, I am just curious, and maybe this is one of those "TABOO" questions. But I was wondering who everyone is voting for this year for the Pres??? And why?? And does anyone know if I can still get an apsentee ballott?? Or is it too late?? Anyway, if you feel like it, pretend that I know nothing about the candidates, and tell me why I should vote for either guy. I am not on the fence, but either way I see it I am unsure and that is a scary thought. And I seriously am not going to judge you for any opinions or anything, so just lay it all out there for a girl like me to understand!!!

I don't get a good feeling about Obama or McCain (Obama more then McCain) but I like Sarah P. and hope that she might keep McCain making good chooses. I also like Obama vise better then Obama, go figure.

I don't like either candidate as well. But It really offends me that Obama won't put his hand over his heart for the pledge of allegience. That is one of the reasons I am voting for McCain.

I agree with all of thee above. I can't side with someone that is fine killing babies, that will allow churches AND temples to close if they will not perform gay marriages...takes away our freedom of religion, let alone many other freedomes. And yes, the fact that he won't respect the country and constitution and what our country has been through enough to salute the flag is a bit scary. He has lots of scary associates too, that believe VERY scary things such as black supremecy. That's my vote. But I'm with everyone else, that McCain is my top pick, but Palin sure has her heart into making goodd changes and still allowing our freedoms

Well I really think Jesus is coming back within the next 8 yrs and He needs a retarded president in place that will agree with everything the anti-christ says and so Obama will prob win. That doesn't mean I'm voting for him though! AND if McCain gets it, then maybe he and Sara will be raptured and Obama will step in and my premonition will still be right! Or b/c I am but a mere human and have no idea when the rapture is taking place, then all of that was just meaningless blabber.....and now all your friends know that I am a psycho rambler obsessed with the end of the world. :)

You should probably research it yourself because that rumor that Senator Obama won't put his hand over his heart for the Pledge of Allegiance is false. I think it's unfortunate that people believe claims like that about a person who is trying to be the President just from hearsay. I suggest going to google and typing in Obama's voting on bills/ McCain's voting on bills, then you would actually get TRUE facts about each candidate, and make an informed decision.

I say use Snopes.com to clear up any sort of mis-information... I liked Obama before he decided to run for President. I like that he is YOUNG and actually understands the economy. I But to be blatantly honest, we have an Obama '08 sign in our yard, t-shirts in the closet, and a roll of stickers in the office. And a thought: I know of a few good friends of mine who deal personally with people who do REALLY BAD things, but it doesn't make me think any less of those friends. Also, I have stood through many a National Anthem's without my hand over my heart. It's the thoughts in your head at the moment that REALLY count. That's my two cents.

When you know you're in the public eye, and you're running for the president of a country, you really should REMEMBER to salute their flag during the national anthem though. And the fact that he absolutely refused to wear the American flag pin. I know the pin isn't a big deal, but the FACT that he REFUSES to wear it...really?! It's like a bum's sign said the other day, "vote Obama, I need the money". He wants socialism for our country, which sucks, because we're finally making money now....ha! But I agree, DO YOUR RESEARCH, it'll scare ya!

I say research it for yourself. You will come to learn a lot. But hear are my thoughts: I agree with what Kristal & Cassie said. I DO NOT agree with people who are fine with making abortion legal. IT SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A FORM OF BIRTH CONTROL!!!! If you don't want to have a baby don't have SEX!! I am very sadden that the temples & churches could be closed because gay marriages will not be performed there. That is breaking the first amendment rights!! And finally I DO NOT agree with not putting your hand over your heart during the pledge and National Anthem!! It doesn't matter if you are at a high school b-ball game or running for president YOUR HAND SHOULD BE OVER YOUR HEART!!! There are many American people/families that have made sacrifices for us to be able to put our hand over our heart!! Go to youtube and see the pictures. Go to youtube and hear Obama say that He "doesn't want his daughter burdened with a baby". So he is more comfortable killing his grandchild then having his daughter bring a new life into the world!! I don't think the choices for pres is very good this year, but McCain/Palin is much better than Obama/Biden!!

McCain is an American hero, people!! What a stab in the heart it will be when shady Obama is elected next week. I'm not crazy about McCain lately and think Palin is a little nutty. But overall, they stand for issues that I feel strongly about. Obama and his "friends", wife and his assocaites are plain scary.
