Guess what. I am addicted. "To what Amy?" Well, to Beanie Weanie Casserole. I admit it. I hated it at first. Thought it was the nastiest thing to ever reach my tastebuds. Then we had it again because the kids LOVED it, and that is when it started to grow on me. And it is all Travis's fault mind you. He says that his mom made it for him all the time when he was young. "Well, Amy, what IS it??" Oh, I am so glad you asked. Try not to gag will you?? It is maccaroni noodles, cut up hotdogs (cringe, gasp), onion, and tomato soup. "Amy, I have to go hurl..." I know right?? Sounds nasty. But this little dish grew on me, and now I crave it fortnight. You would think that I am pregnant because of how much I crave this strange meal. (Now I am laughing to myself because you probably think this is just a clever way of telling you that I am pregnant. I'm not BTW.) Just thought you guys would like to know what my latest craving was. But the kids love it. They say that it is their fave meal. I wonder how fattening it is??

Only we didn't have the onion and tomato soup mix ins. I'm hungry just looking at the pic.
Amy, I am appauled, I so disgusted that I dont even care if I spelled appauled correctly. That sounds NASTY!!
I will never be brave enough to try it, but I would guess that my kids would love it! Only b/c they are the offspring of a Hansen/Gibson.... don't take that to the heart but everyone related to them always eat weird things... except you!! (until now)

Oliver and Jarred are huge fans of cut up hot dogs mixed in with macaroni. So tell me a little more about this little concoction, is it oinion soup mix, cut up onion or does Campbell's have and "onion soup" like they have other soup flavors? I may have to make this Jarred's welcome home/birthday meal tomorrow. I'm sure he'd love it.
Koe, it is just cut up onion. minced if you will. That's it! Pretty yummy!
