Memories

I think this could be very fun.. ya'll should do it!!
Here are the directions:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.Get going.. think of your favorite "Amy" memory.

I loved when we used to be able to go to my parents cabin and just chill while the kids played. My favorite memories all involve you and your attitude. I love all the free food you've gotten us, and I especially love when you had your platinum hair all curled, sunglasses on, silver purse, pink stilettos, and had us walk out of a resturant. i felt like I was a famous girls entourage! You crack us up!!! Ooh, and I love that night that we were tired but we stayed up til about 1 playing dumb games with our husbands, mostly fighting about the games with our husbands as they, with their laid back attitudes, just laughed...pissing us off more. Ahh, good times!

I remember when I was at UofA, your parents would have me babysit you guys on occasion, over night. And I'd take you to school and once I had to curl your hair for your school pictures and I was nervous wondering if you mom would like it when she saw the picture.

And of course when you were a baby, seeing you and holding you was a highlight of going to grandma's house. You were always dressed to the nines and so charming to play with.

Lots of memories from after highschool... you are still the only person I know who asks for extra sour cream at Taco Bell!
The awful peeling sunburn I had for your wedding...I still have my bridesmaid dress!
Your green khaki skirt with the pocket on the front... I loved that skirt!
Your rug-burned knees :)
Those were really random, sorry!

Aww....remember that one time when I tried to see if you were still selling that cake decorator thing still? and then I offered you money for it? No? You don't remember that? Well are you still selling it? How much?

No but a real memory I have of "Amy" is Cinco de Mayo. We played Vollyball at you parents and you yelled a Kristal, cuz she was on your team and she got scared and said,"Amy's mean when she plays Vollyball." Then we ate at Cafe Rio and you didn't like it and probably still don't. It was a good day.

Amy, I think our Casa Grande trip does top all... Um, some of my other fav memories with you were in yearbook and going to the spirit store everyday for mustard ghardettos and a diet pepsi, the smell of CK One, I LOVED your Xhileration jeans (fit and flare) you eventually let me have (thanks), Stake dances, AND our nicknames for people. (I still have notes somewhere of what we referred to everyone as. oh, where does one stop with the memories from high school?? We had some good times.
Rumor is you are living at Elliot and Cooper. Do you know how close that is? Where EXACTLY are you???

Now I'm waiting for you to write one about me. Here of course, since I'm not doing it on my blog.

...so go on..

Jana- There are many memories of you... but my faves are all about the stories you tell. For instance, one that I have remembered for years now was when we were at Grandmas, and you were still working in a dental office. You told this elaborate story about the Dentist you worked for and how he would go in a corner and smell the floss after he flossed his patients teeth! Just the way you told the story was enough to embed (sp) that memory in my mind forever!

Kristal- The memory that sticks out the most in my mind is when we first met. Remember.... we HATED eachother??? And now look at us. Our kids are betrothed, we shake things up in Vegas every year together, it's all good now.

Oh, and I remember that good talk we had at your parents cabin too. Good times.

Kayci- My best memories of us are from when after we graduated and became roomates. How awesome was that?? Lots of late nights talking about boys, life, clothes borrowing, SHOES borrowing. Oh and remember Frankie and Chester!! Poor fishies.

Koe- K, so I remember meeting you at a bead party at Kristals back when they lived in that condo in Tempe... and I was so in love with your baby named Oliver! And you had these awesome glasses on. I thought you were so awesome. Then a couple years later when we were all meeting at the cabin I was so nervous to hang out with you cuz you were like the coolest girl ever.

Sarah- I also remember going to Grandmas a ton for cousin sleepovers. I also remember some really embarrassing conversations... about boys of course. Remember those???? Yuck!!

Of course I remember the fan and I also remember that Travis thought we were crazy for that.
We did a lot of shopping on our little college budgets... And we used to leave eachother notes all over the house because we wouldn't see eachother for days at a time. I loved those notes, and our venting sessions, wow, i'll stop now I promise
