Can I just tell you how mad I am right now?? Well, I'm going to. Let me paint a little picture for you.
August 13, I win some gold Steve Madden stilettos on eBay for $1.79 + $10.00 for shipping equalling, you guessed it, $11.79. Naturally I pay almost immediately. So about a week and a half goes by and I have totally forgotten that I even won that auction, but there are still no shoes in the mail. Or the next day, or the next. I mean, they are only coming from Cali people. So I send a friendly email requesting to know when she sent the shoes out. Couple days later, still no answer. I send more emails probably totalling 5 or 6, and guess what? No answer. I even try calling the "you know what" and uh, surprise! No answer. Then, one magical morning, my inbox so lovingly tells me that la_venus1 has replied... finally! She tells me the shoes were sent out on the 3rd, and gave me tracking number. OK, first, the auction didn't even end till the 13th, and I checked the tracking number and that was invalid. So I email her back and tell her I want my shoes soon or I want my money back. Couple days later of course, she writes back and gives me new info. Ok, so this tracking number checks out, but she JUST sent them. So I end up getting my shoes like a month later!! That's crap you guys!! So usually I won't give negative feedback, I will just not leave any, but this time I felt totally deserved it. So I left a NEUTRAL saying that she doesn't make contact, blah blah. Can you guess what happened next???????????
SHE GAVE ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. She said "Bad transaction, NO COMMUNICATION, too bad." Can you believe her? She goes and wrecks my PERFECT eBay score just for buying her stupid shoes and paying on time. I mean, come on, I did nothing wrong! I don't think any of you will ever realize how mad I am about this. She won!! And I can't do anything about it! I seriously want to go find her and send her to the moon where she belongs.
Now, I know I am going to get some comments from some of you saying everyone gets negatives, one isnt that bad... well I don't get negatives. It is not ok for me to get negatives!!! She is going to pay.
Ok, thanks for letting me vent. But it's not over, ohhhhh no. It's not over.

So what can you possibly do ? I mean.
Well for starters I am going to start a claim with the trust and safety department. Then I am going to fight to get her suspended because she does this to EVERYONe who gives her negavtive feedback, and that is lot of people. She doesn't have a very good track record. Will it happen? Don't know. But I'm gonna work on it. They need to at least know my side and what she is doing. I hate her!!!!!!!
Yeah, there's that little settlement court or whatever that e bay has. I've had to do it before for the same reason! Some ebayers are idiots!!! That really sucks!!!
I am mad just reading it! I can't believe she left a neg. I guess paying on time is not such a good thing or maybe she thought she was leaving it for her self
If I bought stuff on eBay I would go and give her negative feedback too, but I' don't do anything but blog. What a wench though. You really gotta do something.
