Well I have finally done it. Last night I attempted to make something for dessert that I have never made because it was so intimidating to me. And I love this dessert! I always have it at buffets and stuff, and always think, "Gee, I wish I knew how to make this." And everyone always told me "Oh my gosh, that is the easiest thing to make!!!". It is my ablsolute fave with fruit in it, but I was conquering enough fear already just making it plain! So, I made it, and it turned out perfecto!! Maybe next time I will add the fruit. Although, if making it plain was scary, imagine my intimidation at having to add something to it... yikes. As you can tell, I am not a cook, nor do I like to cook.

I thought for sure it was going to be some fancy thing that I would have to look up what it is. Jello, that is such a morman thing. I have never seen so much jello in my life. That was one weird thing about joining the church was the jello obsession.
Yah Reina, did you know the inner walls of the temple are lined with Jello? Really. It makes great insulation and what else will they do with all the leftovers at the Mormon functions? Waste not, want not.
Seriously, I"ve still yet to make Jello right, and you know I LOVE to bake/cook! So you have my upmost respect as a dessert chef!
Amy, I hate to make Jello. Hate it! Jarred does all the time. It never turns out for me so I just avoid it all together.
