One silly thing about me is that I LOVE baby feet. It is sure to be the first thing I really focus on when one of my own is born. I mean, really, who looks at their precious little faces first anyway? All wrinkled, smooshed and covered in what looks to be that white gravy people put on biscuits for breakfast. Anyway, and with other baby's I also like to look at their toes and see whose feet they got- the momma's or the daddy's. Feet are my favorite part of my baby's. Another thrilling fact that for some of you this will be your first time hearing this, is that I love the smell of when my baby has had socks on all day and they start to stink. I know, you are about to gag and vow to never read this stupid blog again, but it really isn't that gross. It is really cute. Austins feet are kind of getting too big boy for me to really be able to sink my nose in for a good whiff, so it is really almost the end of an era for him. But, he will still tell me to smell his feet with a giant grin on his feet waiting for me to pretend like it smells to high heaven! Well in our little family it is obvious who got whose feet. Can you tell??
The toe that won't NOT sit on top of the big one, that is a Travis trademark. When the bottom of Zoe's little feet get black, the bottom of that toe is always sparkling clean. It is so funny!!! And the third toe is the tallest one out of all of them, again, has Travis written all over it!

K, I forgot, I love the smell too, but only til they walk, then it smells like vinegar to me. But my smell fetish is new shoes! I love that smell...it reminds me of the smell when you're in line at Splash Mountain.
Hey I've always been an avid baby-foot smeller. I even like the toddlers stinky feet smell. Maybe it's a Gibson trait.
I almost fell off my chair laughing! They are like little miniatures of their parents! How have I never noticed?
Don't blame it all on Travis. Have you seen your Dad's toes? I know you have never smelled them Thank goodness!
